This massage is applied using the thumbs, the tip of the fingers, sometimes the elbows and forearms. It relieves muscle and joint pain, clears articular and muscular blockages, does away with tension, cramps and a stiff neck. It will target areas to massage and apply strong pressure.   These muscle knots are blockages formed by uric and acid deposits which have not been properly eliminated by the body, and areas of muscle fibers that stay blocked during contraction.   The massage alleviates, dissipates or eliminates the pain. It works on muscles, tendons and connective tissue. When the blockages are reduced or eliminated, the entire body can resume its work towards better health.
